Hi, my name is Claudia and I've been teaching swim lessons for +2 years to all ages, from infants to adults. I have experience teaching kids with special needs and kids afraid of water. I've babysat for 3 years and volunteered at an elementary school for 3 years, both in special ed and regular classrooms. I have 10 years of experience as a competitive swimmer and I was on my high school varsity swim team all 4 years. I love teaching swim lessons because I love being able to help children.
Hi, I choose to go by my nickname Kelly! I have taught swim lessons and life guarded for over 5 years! Mostly ages infant to 12 years old. I've also taught children with special needs how to swim. I've worked at the YMCA . I was on my college swim team and completed my college degree winning numerous awards. Living at the beach, I became a professional surfer placing 3rd. I also am a certified diver up to 30 ft. I continue to workout and swim laps at my home pool during the summer!

I've worked with children for over 10 years as a nanny and babysitter. I have extensive experience with children who are initially fearful to swim, but later become amazing little swimmers. I am also a tutor and a college graduate with three degrees in English, Psychology, and General Studies (ASU). I was also a competitive swimmer for 10 years.
I have taught the 4 basic competitive strokes as well as diving safely into a pool. I was a competitive swimmer as a child and co-captain of my highschool swim team. I have 4 years experience teaching swimming to children 2-17 years of age as well as adults. I have a degree in Music and have also taught piano lessons. Hello! I'm Kyra, pronounced like Tyra Banks. No relation :) I specialize in swim lessons for infants, fearful beginners or children who've experienced trauma, and those with special needs. In addition I teach adult beginners, as well as all ages for marathon training and endurance or skill enhancement. After teaching for 10 years, I've personally never had a desire for racing, but I encourage team sports such as swim team, water polo, and synchronized swimming to all my students.
